OVERVIEW

A full-stack developer training programme

Our goal is to help bridge the tech talent in Africa by graduating junior developers with computer programming skills, who would thereafter have the skills they need to have a successful career in the IT industry.

thehatch Code Academy is an intense 12 weeks, full stack developer training programme that targets early stage programmers. For the 12 weeks, participants will be exposed to our immersive curriculum using proven facilitator-led and hands-on software development training. At the end of the programme, participants will graduate ready to work in the Tech industry.

This programme also offers participants the opportunity to kickstart their career as a software engineer with an internship with us.

High performers may also have the opportunity to work with our company directly.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Country of Origin -Must be a Nigerian youth aged 16 – 30 years old.
  • Education -Should have completed Higher Education.
  • Academic Background -Must have a strong academic background.
  • Experience -Prior or basic experience in coding.
  • Availability -Must be available for the full duration of the Programme.

This is a “Bring your own Laptop” Programme. This means that the program delivery at thehatch Code Academy will require students to use their own laptop device to enhance their learning experience in and out of the classroom.
